Hey freaks, what's happening? We're going on tour with CONVERGE and MASTODON!!! Allow me to try and explain what we're feeling right now in camp Priestess, it's a mix of overwhelming joy, anxiousness, horror (because we know what happens to us when we party with the Mastodon guys), incredible honor, a bit of a humbling feeling (these guys are modern geniuses), but over all, we couldn't be more ecstatic. So here is the first chunk of dates that have been confirmed, and others are soon to be announced. We'll see you soon! We've finally finished the video for "Lay Down" and will be putting it up here shortly! In the meantime, have a look at some photos we took during the shoot, you can see how much fun we had pretending to play the same song over and over for hours! Seriously though, massive thanks to Wendy Morgan (director) and everyone at Revolver productions for the really great time we had doing it, their efforts clearly resulted in an awesome video that you'll see for yourself very soon! How's things? We're fine, we just got home from yet another US tour racking the grand total up to 110 shows in the 191 days of 2006! Wow is right! But we're about half done now, this august we've got a week of shows with the reigning masters of the stage GWAR! Which is awesome, cause we get to watch Gwar 7 nights in a row! We're pretty happy about that over here in camp Priestess. Also, this fall will have us out everywhere in North America again on a sweet package bill that I can't just yet divulge, but it's really sick, trust me. Our road will then lead us across the ocean for the first time in our young life, we're looking at some UK and Europe stuff for November! Meanwhile, on our little break at home, we're working on new tunes, sleeping in till 5 in the afternoon and taking 3 hour baths and stuff. ALSO, the vinyl version is actually almost ready, I just got the test pressing of it today, and it's mighty fine! That big orangey Arik Roper sunset is going to look real nice 1'X2' !! Anyhow, hope to see you all very soon, and don't hesitate to drop me a line if you've got a question for me or anything, I'm one of those guys who checks his email about 37 times a day, alright!
